Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI keep it simple: quick chat, basic movement check, nothing intense. I just want to see how you move and where you’re at. You leave feeling confident, not destroyed. We always finish with 10 minutes of assisted stretching to reset your body.
Lesson 11+his is where it becomes your system — training is now structured, progressive, and tailored to your body, with consistent strength gains, better movement efficiency, and ongoing refinement based on how you respond, not just a fixed plan — sessions stay focused, performance-driven, and always finish with 10 minutes of assisted stretching so your body keeps recovering, staying balanced, and moving at a higher level.
Lesson 4-10We start building real structure — progressing strength, control, and movement quality step by step, adding load and complexity only when your form is solid, while keeping everything intentional and sustainable so your body adapts properly — and every session still ends with 10 minutes of assisted stretching to keep you recovering well, feeling better, and moving freely.
Lesson 2-3We refine your movement, improve form, and start building simple progressions with a bit more challenge, while keeping everything controlled and technique-focused so you understand the process, not just the exercise — and every session still ends with 10 minutes of assisted stretching so you leave looser, better, and more balanced.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst session is about assessment and understanding your body, training background, previous experience, goals, limitations, mobility restrictions, injuries, and overall movement quality. I look at how you move, perform under load, recover, and where your body needs improvement or refinement. This gives me a clear baseline to structure training specifically around you. Every session finishes with 10 minutes of assisted stretching to improve recovery, mobility, and overall body balance.
Lesson 11+At this stage, training is fully tailored to your body, goals, lifestyle, recovery capacity, and long-term performance needs. Sessions become highly adaptive and detail-oriented, focused not only on progression and physical performance, but also longevity, injury prevention, mobility, recovery, and overall body optimization. Every session continues to finish with assisted stretching to maintain recovery, flexibility, and full-body balance.
Lesson 4-10Training becomes progressively more advanced and personalized, focusing on strength, movement efficiency, mobility, stability, conditioning, recovery, and long-term performance. As your body adapts, sessions evolve with you while continuously addressing limitations, imbalances, and overall physical performance. Every session still finishes with assisted stretching to keep the body recovering, balanced, and moving efficiently.
Lesson 2-3We start refining movement patterns, correcting weak links, improving mobility and control, and building a more structured training approach based on your goals, training history, and how your body responds. Training becomes more intentional, performance-focused, and individualized while still keeping quality and longevity first. Every session ends with 10 minutes of assisted stretching to support recovery and movement quality.

Brian Harris
Harry was my trainer for nearly ten years in Miami Beach. I’ve had a number of excellent trainers before and since, but Harry remains the gold standard. Personal trainers are not just technicians but also have to make the whole training experience fun and something to look forward to. This is a tall order for someone like me who doesn’t like exercise that much! But Harry is a fun and interesting person, more so than my other trainers. We had all kinds of conversations, from stupid to intellectual (or at least intellectualized), which made the training sessions a fun social outing for me. He’s also a bit of a taskmaster at the same time, however, and didn’t let me slack off, so I left the sessions feeling good that I had accomplished something. Harry also has excellent technical knowledge and correctly diagnosed any issues I had (including correctly diagnosing that I had golfer’s elbow, not tennis elbow like I thought—even though I don’t golf, my bad serve mechanics were giving me golfer’s elbow!) I highly recommend him as a true master trainer.

“As a physician, with 78 years of age I understood the importance of maintaining mobility, but over time I still developed noticeable stiffness, particularly in my shoulders, hips, and knees. My range of motion had gradually decreased, and it started to affect how freely I could move in daily life. Over the course of three years of working together, the change was steady and very real. The stiffness reduced significantly, my joints felt more open, and movements that had become restricted started to feel natural again. I regained a level of control and fluidity I honestly didn’t expect at this stage. What I appreciated most was the consistency and structure of the approach. It wasn’t aggressive or random — it was precise, progressive work that respected my body and steadily restored function over time.”
Martin
Working with Harry completely changed how I move and train. He doesn’t just coach workouts — he fixes how your body actually functions day to day. I feel stronger, more mobile, and way more confident in everything I do outside the gym. Highly recommended if you want real, lasting results instead of quick fixes.

“Before working together, at 74 years I started feeling uneasy in everyday situations. Being around people, even simple things like standing in a group or walking in crowded spaces, made me nervous. I was especially afraid of losing balance, getting bumped, or struggling with stairs. Through the training, I slowly rebuilt trust in my body. My balance feels more stable, my movements are more controlled, and I don’t overthink every step anymore. Going up and down stairs doesn’t feel like a risk, it just feels normal again. What surprised me most is that I feel comfortable being around people again without that constant fear in the background.”

• How I felt working with you: Supported, motivated, and properly held accountable. • What changed for me physically or mentally: I felt stronger and more disciplined physically, and mentally I gained clarity, consistency, and better self-belief. • What stood out to me personally: Your direct honesty and consistency — you pushed without ego and genuinely cared about progress. • What I’d say to someone considering working with you: If you want real structure, accountability, and measurable results, Harry will get you there.
