I'm a certified personal trainer, Certified adaptive exercise coach for special needs, Certified assisted stretch therapist and a certified foam roll massage therapist and I am certified HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Boxing coach. I have a passion for fitness and health and a passion for helping others live a healthy renewed lifestyle. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will start by Identifying the basics to figure out the students physical abilities. By going through what I call the "physical introduction phase". This involves basic movements using little to no equipment at all focusing on cardiovascular endurance, lower and upper body strength, as well as flexibility and mobility.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 expect a re-run of what we did the first time The only thing different is that we may be using equipment
Lesson 4-10Expect to focus on specific body parts along with cardio. This gives each muscle group time to rest and grow. Examp: Monday- cardio, legs, stretch Tuesday- cardio, core, stretch Wed- stretch (warm-up), back, biceps, triceps and chest. Thursday- Rest and recovery
Lesson 11+Expect to have already gained full confidence in yourself to the point where exercise is not only something you've always wanted to do, but its becomes something you need and crave for. Expect for the workouts to be just a little bit more challenging ( because without challenges we will never get better). Expect to know more about your strengths and weaknesses and we will incorporate both into your daily workout routines.

Youth players
Working with kidsBeing a father of 3 children and also working in establishments that have kids throughout my career as a fitness coach has to me how to work with different groups of kids. My programs for kids are fun, active as well as understanding for kids of all ages .

Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers I would usually adapt my lessons to what he/she loves to do. Such as a specific sport or something that caters to the teen's mental and physical abilities.
