Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOn the first lesson, we just play basic strokes and let the drum stick bounce. Let the stick do the work!
Lesson 11+After the 10 lessons, hopefully we will be on a path to learn more advanced grooves on drumset, develop better technique for control and independence on the drumset! If percussion, then the same. Develop better technique and facility on the instrument.
Lesson 4-104-10. We can learn beginner grooves on drum set. We will start exercises for developing independence on drumset and work on different techniques for the hands
Lesson 2-3We follow up on lesson 1. Do different stickings rudiments and if enough facility start on drum set
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players we will use syncopation book in a variety different ways to work on various grooves, coordination and techniques!
Lesson 11+Advanced lessons We will continue to develop various techniques so you can play whatever you are hearing in your Head or on a song! I want to help you develop your musicianship so you become not just a great drummer but also a musician!
Lesson 4-10For advanced players lesson 4-10 we can work on jazz drumming transcriptions, exercises and learning songs!
What you need to bringStudents should bring drumsticks a manuscript book and a few instructional books.
What I can bringI bring a drumming career that has been extremely versatile! Because of this I bring a multitude of experiences to the table. I also can play percussion, so not just drums but also mallets, timpani and hand drums. I can also teach piano, music theory and music composition as well
