Lesson 11+Playing disc golf! Setting personal goals. Refining learned skills and understanding your feel of the game. Throwing faster discs and trying new shot types/shapes when useful.

Lesson 4-10Continuing to develop disc throwing technique and personal play-style. Learning how to navigate a disc golf course, making mistakes and learning from them!
Lesson 2-3Beginner disc golf throwing technique. Backhand and sidearm throws. Learning and practicing putting into a disc golf basket.
Basic play-through of a disc golf course.
Youth players
Working with kidsFocus on making kids excited to play, and making the game fun. Admiring the flight of a frisbee, and the satisfaction of a smooth throw.
Incorporating fun mini-games and challenges to teach kids to believe in themselves and keep trying!
Working with teenagersEmphasis on the fun and freedom of the game, you vs. yourself rather then competing to be the best. Being outside and embracing individuality in style and play. Exercise, fresh air and fun.
