Your first lessonThe first lesson will include personal introductions, past music/dance/movement discuasion, and basic beginner steps to begin dancing Today!
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 includes discussion about what is challenging, homework review, and beginning to string together sequences of movement to layer complexity.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 includes discussion about what is going well, homework review, and learning new material to expand knowledge.
What you need to bringShoes with flexible soles (no rubber soles) or socks, water, sweat towel, and open mind/heart.
What I can bringDance space with smooth floors, mirrors, sound system, repeatable technique and encouraging words.
