Your first classFocus: Foundational mechanics, core alignment, and comfort.
We’ll evaluate your movement, build proper posture and timing for waist hooping, and introduce basic hand/arm engagement. You’ll leave with your very first successful spin and actionable practice drills.
Class 2-3Focus: On-body isolation and off-body basics.
We’ll refine waist hooping, transition into off-body moves (like weaves, hand passes, and isolations), and build seamless entry/exit points between on-body and off-body tricks.
Class 4-10Focus: Flow state, musicality, and trick choreography.
We’ll level up your trick inventory—introducing plane control, body turns, sustained spinning, and multi-trick sequences—while exploring how to connect movement directly to music and rhythm.
Class 11+Focus: Personal style, cinematic flow, and advanced concepts.
We’ll refine your unique flow signature, build custom combos or performance routines, and explore advanced trick mechanics, multi-hoop concepts, or integrating other props (like fans).

We’ll analyze your current prop handling, body alignment, and movement patterns to pinpoint plateaus. We’ll identify your technical goals—whether that’s multi-hoop control, speed, or off-plane transitions—and establish a customized roadmap.
