I am learning to work with different styles and the patience was good for me slow to understand how to move correctly. Teacher was very good I did tai chi and qigong sessions definitely be back to up my martial arts practice.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStrike test. To see if you have structural integrity within your fist and upper body. First!
Warm up , and daily exercise to practice conditioning.
Lesson 11+Tai chi / qi gong breathing techniques exercises
Muk Jong wing Chun forms, and applications .
Monthly exercise routine, fit test.
Lesson 4-10Cardio conditioning, shaolin based exercises and breathing. Main four kicks practically. Pad work, and air shield striking.
Sensitivity drills, light sparring
Lesson 2-3Intercepting hands , how to deal with pressure.
Core footwork relationship.

What you need to bringAthletic shoes or sneakers that have good friction. Light clothing, non restrictive movement.
What I can bringI have available air shield, forearm pads, staff, rattan ring , and muk Jong, heavy bag ,if able to train at my home.
