Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with an assessment of the students level and ask the student to play something they have prepared. If the student is brand new to cello, we start with scales and Suzuki books.
Lesson 11+I will likely add etudes to the students practice. They can also expect to work on tone and sound projection more!
Lesson 4-10The student will continue with scales and Suzuki books.
Lesson 2-3The student will have 2-3 scales for foundation and technique and likely a piece from the Suzuki cello books
What you need to bringStudents need to bring music, their instrument and bow, and rosin. They should also have a notebook ready.
What I can bringI have a music stand and chair in my studio for students!
