Your first classAssessment & Diagnostic
I don't teach moves blindly. First, we assess your natural movement in guard and side control. Then we drill what you're missing and test it live. You leave with one thing to improve—not a list to forget.
What you need to bring• Gi Sessions: A clean BJJ/Judo Gi and belt.
• No-Gi/Striking: Athletic wear with NO pockets, zippers, or buttons (rash guards, fitted shirts, or athletic shorts work best).
• Hydration: A large water bottle or sports drink.
• Hygiene: Short-trimmed nails, remove all jewelry/piercings before the mat, and bring a clean towel.
• Footwear: Sandals or slip-on shoes for easy mat transitions.
• Optional: A mouthguard is highly recommended for drilling safety.
