Xavier is a really supportive coach to all fighters at Gleason gym and works very well with other coaches as well. As a Coach, he doesn’t just let you put in work alone, he also put in the work with the team and pushes everyone to our full potential. As a brother he always checks up on you to see how you doing and puts light in you when life gets dark. When he arrives at the gym he gives other coaches respect and is willing to help train other fighters if one of the other coaches unavailable, he want to see winners not quitters. Truly I say he’s the best Coach I’ve had
