The first session focuses on footwork, basic stance, and jab technique. I also assess the client’s physical condition (endurance, coordination, strength) to build a personalized training plan moving forward.
We begin learning the first basic combination, improve conditioning, and continue developing footwork. Introduction to defensive fundamentals such as head movement, guard, and basic reactions.
We expand combinations, work on different levels (head and body), and improve conditioning. Focus on applying combinations in motion, timing, and coordination under pressure.
We refine all learned techniques, increase combination complexity, and develop advanced movement and defense while moving forward and backward. Focus on controlled sparring, counterattacks, and real-life self-defense skills with safe and responsible application.
The first session focuses on evaluating the athlete’s current skill level and physical condition. This includes technique assessment, conditioning, reaction, and overall boxing IQ.
We identify and correct weak areas in technique, movement, and conditioning. Focus on refining fundamentals and eliminating bad habits.
