We begin learning the first basic combination, improve conditioning, and continue developing footwork. Introduction to defensive fundamentals such as head movement, guard, and basic reactions.

We focus on perfecting technique and integrating advanced boxing principles inspired by the Soviet school (similar to Dmitry Bivol’s style). This includes controlled movement, cutting angles, limiting opponent opportunities, and minimizing damage. Training also includes fight preparation and competition readiness.
