About your boxing coach
I’m Timothy “Mayhem” Moten — a professional heavyweight boxer former ABO Americas Heavyweight Champion, and so far I’m undefeated in the ring with 12 wins 8 coming by way of Knockout and over a decade of experience in the fight game. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I’ve dedicated my life to boxing — as a competitor, coach, and student of the sport. I’ve trained with some of the best in the world, including serving as a sparring partner for former world champions Anthony Joshua and Luis Ortiz. As an amateur, I earned a USA U-19 National Silver Medal and I won Silver Gloves and Golden Gloves Regional titles also winning The USA Men’s State Championship before turning pro in 2017. Recently I also got the opportunity to be the main sparring partner for The YouTube famous influencer Jake paul for his fight with Mike Tyson. My coaching style is all about teaching real boxing — no fluff. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn fundamentals, an athlete trying to get in shape, or a fighter wanting to sharpen your skills, I bring a pressure-boxer mindset and teach you how to move with purpose, power, and precision. I’ve worked with everyone from youth to adults, from first-timers to fighters. If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
