Coach Shawn is a very knowledgeable coach. He is has tons of boxing knowledge to offer in the fundamental’s and advanced moves, he is the guy to come to if you want to get a work out or become a champion.

Mr Purnell is fun, easy going and his approach to coaching is systematic and technically sound. My son started with coach when he was 6 and now he is 11 , 20 and 0, an undefeated amateur champion.
