Shawn was a very friendly and supportive coach. He took time to do a proper assessment prior to tailoring the workouts specifically for me, keeping in my my medical challenges, stamina, strength and growth areas. He pushed me but also keep the range of reach in mind. I was able to develop great stamina and endurance, and I lost 40lbs in our time together. Most importantly he is a coach that focuses on the holistic health; mind, body and soul. You will grow mentally and in turn your speech will change. Your comfort zone will be challenged and restructured to a place of growth.

Shawn's coaching is excellent, I did an evaluation to see weakness and enhance it. The exercises were designed for my body areas. He coached and motivated me to excel. He was professional, knowledgable and showed how to have the correct body form and how to execute to get the desired results I wanted.
