Lesson 4-10Mastering footwork, combinations, mixed mitt work. Depending on goals, type of training and progress.
Lesson 2-3Getting a routine and finding balance in movement.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonRegardless of what level, I need to know what the goals are, the nutrition side is needed information. An assessment is done to talk about diet, and depending on goals determines the rest of the time.
Lesson 11+If everything has been done correctly, there is progressive overload increasing intensity again at 12-16 continue monitoring progress.
Lesson 4-10We have control of the process, increase intensity on 8-10, and keep pushing.
Lesson 2-3Depending on where I see what is needed we begin to work on developing and explaining why.
