I have trained with other boxing coaches but Orlando has really helped me. He was patient but most important he’s very respectful. He has helped me get back in shape and work on my hands speed and learned new combos that have helped me prepare for my next fight.

What you need to bringAll I need you to bring is a pair of hand wraps as low as $10 a pair . Bringing your own personal gloves is recommended but the boxing gym has gloves available for shared use . Wraps and Gloves can be purchased on site .
What I can bringOur Lessons will take place in a FULLY equipped Boxing Gym . We will train in the same ring and facility world class boxers from around the world have stepped foot in themselves . Boxing Heavy Bags, Speed Bags , Reflex Bags , Uppercut (Aqua) bags and a full size Boxing ring ! Gym also has a nice turf area for stretching and conditioning.
