Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with the basics (feet first, no feet no fight.)well do foot work, loosen up, bounce around jump rope shadow box hit mitts and have fun!!
Lesson 11+At this point your getting all the basics down and your more comfortable moving just a bit more we’ll start to work on flowing combos that just flow and can keep going and throwing switching form offense to defense like Floyd Mayweather on the mitts just not as fast or complicated. We’ll keep it simple while also pushing you to a different level and if you’re up for it you can spar someone around your level or spar me. This is your time to shine, I would give you your look on sparring and having an actual opponent in front of you so you can simulate everything we’ve worked on on me. If you don’t want to spar you don’t have to no one will be in there to kill you. I have all the gear you need so don’t worry if you don’t have any sparring gear and most importantly…BELIEVE IN YOUR TRAINING!!!
Lesson 4-10For around your 4th class depending where you’re at in your journey, we’ll add on to combos and extend combos moving on angles to finish the combo. We’ll start breaking the bad habits and finding out good habits and what you like and don’t like and as always we’ll work footwork because NO FEET NO FIGHT!!!!👍
Lesson 2-3We’ll start to go over specific combos(combination of punches) that work at a pro level foot work techniques to get you better and your opponent thinking without you having to even throw a punch and just internalizing all the little movements and technique we do on jump rope, mitts, and most importantly shadow boxing!!!
What you need to bringGloves hand wraps and pretty much all your gear if you have nothing then no worries I’ll give you some to borrow.
