Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis session will be more about getting helpful information. I will access your skill level, so that I can create a comprehensive plan of action.
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals will be paramount here. Simple drills , with an emphasis on balance, understanding, and ability to execute basic techniques
Lesson 4-10Introduction to combinations and conditioning. We will take our basic understanding from the first three lessons, and start “connecting the dots” through putting together basic combinations. This will also be the intro to “combative” style conditioning drills, to ensure we are building stamina, strength, and power.
Lesson 11+Now we are ready to rock and roll! You will have your plan of action, have a clear understanding ofof technique and fundamentals, and be ready to handle boxing sessions that will continuously improve skills well basics, padwork, conditioning, and sparring (if you have aspirations of competing)
What you need to bringYour own boxing gloves/wraps, and a positive mindset
What I can bringEncouraged to purchase your own boxing gloves and wraps, but will be provided if You don’t have.
