I've been training with Coach Mike for a few months now, and I have nothing but the nicest things to say about his client management, training technique, and inimitable enthusiasm for his craft. His priorities are always client safety, providing attentive and detailed instruction on form and technique, and guaranteeing a challenging but thoroughly rewarding fitness session. Anyone looking to significantly heighten their skills in boxing, or simply burn an outrageous amount of calories along side other avid exercisers, should absolutely come and visit Coach Mike. Highly, highly recommended.

Coach Michael is amazing. He is very friendly and is amazing with children my son always asks to go back . He is also amazing with autistic children which my son is.! My husband also trains with him. He trains all kids and never turns anyone down. He is very respectful and his staff is great as well as the other trainers. If you are searching for boxing gyms this is the one for you! We come all the way from queens. Coach Michael, staff and trainers are Always smiling and so happy!!! Be prepared to get an amazing work out. My husband’s come out the gym sweating so much!!

We have sent our 3 boys here for the past 9 months. Coach Mike’s training style is unique and effective. Excellent for the mind, body, and instills core values. Respect, self-discipline, and the importance of hard work is constantly reinforced. This boxing gym is incredibly well run with very nice people. There is a healthy balance of kids to adults and all age groups benefit equally. From body conditioning to boxing techniques to sparring, there is so much opportunity for learning and personal growth.
Mike is a wonderful role model. Highly recommend!

That’s great! Boxing is a fantastic sport that can help your son develop discipline, coordination, and physical fitness. It’s also a great way to build self-confidence .Losing 15 lbs in a month through boxing is a challenging but potentially achievable goal. That’s great!.. Going to the gym with your son can be a wonderful bonding experience and a great way to instill a love for fitness

Coach Michael is an absolute professional! My 7 year old son just loves training with coach Michael! I as a parent love that the kids are held accountable and taught discipline and to never quit! My son has gained confidence and has become more independent in school and other sports! Thank you coach for helping my son develop and grow self confidence!
