The first lesson focuses on evaluating your fitness level, discussing your goals, and learning the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, guard position, and basic punches. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn.
You will build on the basics by improving your technique, learning combinations, defensive movements, and increasing your conditioning. Each lesson is tailored to your pace and fitness level.
By this stage, you will begin developing smoother footwork, stronger combinations, improved endurance, and better boxing fundamentals. Training becomes more personalized based on your goals, whether fitness, self-defense, or competitive boxing.
You can expect advanced drills, strategy, conditioning, and continued skill development. Together we will refine your strengths, improve weaknesses, and help you reach your full potential while maintaining a fun and challenging training environment.
