Hi, I’m Mahmoud, an Olympic boxer and African Champion with years of experience in training and competition. Boxing has been my life, and through it I’ve built strong knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I’ve trained in different countries and worked with all levels. I focus on real results—weight loss, strength, and proper boxing skills. My goal is simple: help you get stronger, better, and more confident every session.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to keep the first session simple but smart. I get to know the client first — their fitness level, any injuries, and what they want to achieve. Then I introduce the basics: stance, balance, and a few simple punches. The goal is to make them feel comfortable and confident from day one.
Lesson 11+From here, training becomes very personal. I push based on the client’s goals — whether it’s fitness, weight loss, or boxing skills. We keep improving technique, increasing intensity, and building both physical and mental strength. The focus is long-term progress and consistency.
Lesson 4-10This is where real progress starts. We build on technique, improve speed and control, and work more on combinations, defense, and footwork. Conditioning becomes more structured — endurance, strength, and movement. I focus a lot on correcting details and helping the client move more naturally and efficiently.
Lesson 2-3In these sessions, I start understanding the client more — how their body moves, their strengths, and limitations. We go deeper into footwork, balance, and coordination. I also begin light conditioning and introduce simple combinations. Everything is adjusted based on their level, so they improve without feeling overwhelmed.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI start by evaluating the player — movement, timing, habits, and conditioning level. We do light shadowboxing and pad work to understand their style. I identify strengths and weaknesses, then set a clear direction based on their goal (competition, improvement, or pro level).
Lesson 11+At this stage, everything is about performance. We focus on strategy, fight IQ, and adapting to different opponents. More sparring, higher intensity, and detailed corrections. The goal is consistency and performing at a high level in real fights.
Lesson 4-10Now we build real performance. We work on advanced combinations, defense, and ring control. I introduce situational drills, controlled sparring, and high-level pad work. Conditioning becomes fight-specific — endurance, explosiveness, and recovery
Lesson 2-3We start adjusting the player’s style. Focus on footwork under pressure, timing, and clean combinations. I use controlled pad work, reaction drills, and movement with counters. Everything is focused on making the player more efficient and sharp.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I work with kids, I keep the training fun, safe, and engaging. I focus on basic movement, coordination, and simple boxing skills through games and interactive drills. I pay attention to each child’s personality and energy level, and I always keep them motivated. The goal is to build confidence, discipline, and love for the sport, not just technique.

Working with teenagersWith teenagers, I balance discipline and motivation. I focus on proper technique, conditioning, and building strong fundamentals. I push them based on their level, but also keep them mentally engaged and focused. Training is more structured, and I help them develop confidence, fitness, and a strong mindset.
