Lenny does a great job at breaking down the fundamentals for someone who is new to the sport, like myself. His training has been the ultimate cardio workout for me and I've quickly progressed in my boxing skills, from a total amateur who really didn't understand the sport, to being able to train myself with the methods I learn every week in Lenny's class.
