Keagan was the perfect coach/mentor for my teen with autism. He worked to understand my son’s individual needs and put together a training program (boxing and fitness) that taught him techniques, stamina and strength moves while being a role model and uplifting mentor. Keagan individualized the lessons to my son’s unique needs. We were so fortunate to find him as my son’s coach.

Took individual sessions with Keagan and attended the boxing club he led. Good dude and good trainer, always had an excellent mix of strength and conditioning drills, footwork drills, pads, bag work and sparring. Saw him prepping for his fights at the same gym and doing a lot of the same stuff he was teaching us, so definitely practices what he preaches!
