Jose is very great with kids. He is very knowledgeable of the sport very motivational, brings the best out of my son in workouts. He teaches great life lessons along the way I recommend him to anybody who wants to learn the sport of boxing as long as my son is in the sport, Jose will be his coach. We will stick with him.

What you need to bringThis is also based on the individuals needs. Boxing training is a movement based workout, boxing shoes work best, however low soles tennis shoes are good such as converse vans, etc. Sports bra for women, cotton sweatsuits or hoodie and sweat pants
but I suggest for those working out with consistency to bring or purchase their own personal equipment, such as boxing gloves hand wraps & mouthpieces, Which you can purchase directly from me or any sporting store may have them or online.
