Lesson 11+Alright, so you're getting good at pulling off those moves even when you're feeling the heat. Now we're gonna start doing some sparring, but in a controlled way! This is where you really learn about timing and keeping the right distance. Plus, you get to use what you've been practicing. We'll also be talking strategy this week, like when to go on the offensive and when to play it safe. Knowing when to attack and defend is super important!"
Lesson 4-103 rounds of shadowboxing with focus on jab accuracy.
2 rounds of double-end bag or focus mitts.
Learning Recovery strategies, like stretching or yoga after training, are super important! They help keep injuries away, especially when you're tired from working out hard.
Lesson 2-3Get ready for buttkicking workouts that mix up punches with slick moves like slipping and blocking. This round's gonna test both your stamina and muscle power, as you'll be switching between smashing the bag and team drills.
Jab mechanics (shoulder rotation, arm extension).
Jab + step combination drill.
