About your boxing coach

I have had over 10 mma fights and 5 amateur boxing and kickboxing bouts. I am a two time member of the USA national team for MMA. I specialize in crafting personalized training programs, blending technique with conditioning, and instilling discipline in every student. I aim to foster a supportive yet challenging environment where aspiring fighters can thrive or just want to get in amazing shape and feel confident. I am also a Brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt.

Tyrone Gipson
David does a great job of breaking down the basics and making you feel comfortable. His knowledge of mixed martial arts, whether it be from boxing to kickboxing is very knowledgeable due to all of his experience.
