With 50 years in boxing, I'm a Certified and Licensed Boxing Coach, part of AAU and USA Boxing. I hold a Bachelor's in Physical Science from Western Michigan University. Trained in Detroit under Emmanuel Stewart, I've won titles like the Golden Gloves, Detroit Regional Boxing, AAU Boxing, Police 911 Games, and U.S. Army (All Army) Boxing. I own and run Dublin CA Boxing Clubs. Ready to help you in the world of boxing.

This classis a great benefit to women, Cornelius being a former Police Officer teaches women not only Boxing skills that can be applied to the street but the laws that govern self-defense on the streets.

What you need to bringThere is not really much to do to prepare for your first session. But There are things to do to prepare for your second session. 
What I can bringThere is no need to buy any equipment, including boxing gloves for your first session. I will supply boxing gloves if you do not have your own.
