About your bodybuilding coach

I'm a competitive NPC bodybuilder (working on trying to win an IFBB Pro card) and online bodybuilding-specialty coach with an expertise knowledge with workouts, nutrition, and supplements. My coaching specialty will be based on bodybuilding (muscle gains, weight loss, conditioning, strength, and contest prep).
