Beginner training plan
Your first trainingDuring your first session, we’ll focus on getting comfortable with movement patterns, gym equipment (or at-home equipment), and proper exercise form. We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, nutrition habits, and any limitations. The goal is to build confidence, establish a baseline, and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Training 2-3During sessions 2-3, we’ll reinforce proper form, improve exercise execution, and begin building consistency. You’ll learn how to activate the correct muscle groups, understand workout intensity, and start tracking progress. Expect to feel more comfortable and confident with each workout.
Training 4-10By sessions 4-10, you’ll begin progressing in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. We’ll introduce progressive overload, increase workout intensity when appropriate, and continue improving technique. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of training, recovery, nutrition, and how to make fitness part of your daily routine.
Training 11+At this stage, you’re no longer a beginnerβ€”you’ve built a solid foundation. Workouts become more personalized to your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, strength, or body recomposition. We’ll continue challenging you, tracking progress, adjusting nutrition, and focusing on long-term sustainable results.

Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThe first session focuses on evaluating current strengths, weaknesses, movement quality, and overall athletic performance. We’ll identify areas for improvement, establish measurable goals, and assess conditioning, strength, power, and skill level. Athletes can expect a challenging but informative session designed to create a customized roadmap for success.
Training 2-3Sessions 2-3 focus on building consistency, refining technique, and introducing advanced training principles. Athletes will begin working on strength development, movement efficiency, speed, agility, and sport-specific skills while establishing performance benchmarks.
Training 4-10Athletes will progress through structured performance training designed to improve strength, power, endurance, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability. Training intensity and complexity will increase while emphasizing proper recovery, discipline, and mental toughness. Performance metrics will be tracked to ensure continuous improvement.
Training 11+At this stage, athletes are working at a high level with individualized programming tailored to their specific goals. Training will focus on maximizing performance, correcting weaknesses, enhancing competitive readiness, and developing advanced physical and mental skills required for success in sport and life.

What you need to bringStudents should bring comfortable workout clothing, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. If training for a specific sport, athletes are encouraged to bring any sport-specific equipment they regularly use. Everything else needed for the session will be provided.

What I can bringI provide access to professional gym equipment, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, agility ladders, cones, medicine balls, and other training tools depending on the athlete’s goals and training environment. Every session is designed to maximize results using the appropriate equipment for strength, conditioning, mobility, and athletic performance.
