Beginner training plan
Your first trainingLearn the fundamentals of beach volleyball! We’ll focus on athletic movement in the sand, proper ready position, passing technique, and ball control through fun, engaging drills and games that build confidence from day one.
Training 2-3We’ll continue developing passing while introducing setting, communication, and movement. Players will improve consistency, learn to control the ball with confidence, and begin putting two contacts together.
Training 4-10Players will build on their foundation by learning serving, attacking, and serve receive. We’ll focus on proper technique, accuracy, and game-like drills to help players become more well-rounded and confident on the court. We’ll combine all the skills into real game situations while introducing defense, shot selection, court awareness, and strategy. Players will gain confidence through competitive drills, game play, and personalized coaching designed to prepare them for match situations.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make learning enjoyable. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high.
