Your first trainingAssessment through questions and then on court drills. A lot of observation followed by instruction.
Training 2-3Homework from the first session, then continued emphasis on the areas of improvement.
Training 4-10Areas of improvement are trending, and new aspects of development are being explored/refined.
Training 11+Exposure to live reps against defense, offense, etc.
Youth players
Working with kidsPlayers are coached based off of their experience and skill level. I have a childhood education background having run my after school and summer camp programs.
