About your basketball coach
My name is William Mays, and I’ve been playing basketball for over 15 years. I’m currently a team captain at Friends University, where I’ve helped lead our team to the NAIA National Tournament. Prior to college, I won back-to-back state championships in high school and have consistently competed at a high level throughout my career. As a leader on and off the court, I understand what it takes to push athletes to their full potential. I bring energy, discipline, and a deep love for the game to every session. My experience, combined with years of training, has shaped me into a coach who not only teaches skills but also builds confidence and leadership in players. Whether you're looking to improve your fundamentals or sharpen your competitive edge, I’m ready to help take your game to the next level.
