Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionGoing over the basics. The goal is repetition, not results
Training Session 2-3We’re going to put what we learned from the first lesson into these next 2, and ramp it up
Training Session 4-10Full ramp up, lessons will get more difficult and more advanced and I will push you to the limit I think you are capable of
Advanced training plan
Your first training sessionAdvanced training to see where you are physically/mentally and skill wise
Training Session 2-3Training will proceed to get more challenging based on what I see from the first lesson
Training Session 4-10Will incorporate more or less based off what I think you are able to handle. I expect is to run thru the basics drills, pick up some heavy skill work, and I’m expecting the results to improve
Youth players
Working with kidsSome kids get more of an advanced training based on skill, but I still give everyone the same energy no matter the skill level.
