The first lesson focuses on evaluating the player’s current skill level, coordination, and comfort with the basketball. We work on basic ball handling, shooting form, footwork, and simple drills while building confidence and establishing a positive learning environment.
Ongoing lessons continue to build on fundamentals while introducing more challenging drills. Players develop better decision-making, confidence, and overall basketball IQ, preparing them for team play and more advanced training when ready.
Lessons four through ten focus on improving consistency and understanding of the game. Players work on stronger ball handling, proper shooting mechanics, movement without the ball, and basic offensive and defensive concepts while gradually increasing intensity.
Lessons two and three continue reinforcing fundamentals such as dribbling control, passing, shooting technique, and defensive stance. Drills become more structured while maintaining a fun pace, helping the player feel more confident and consistent.
The first advanced lesson focuses on evaluating the player’s strengths, weaknesses, position, and goals. We assess shooting mechanics, ball-handling under pressure, footwork, and game awareness to create a personalized development plan.
Ongoing lessons are tailored to the athlete’s season, role, and long-term goals. Training focuses on advanced basketball IQ, mental toughness, conditioning, and preparation for high-level competition.
Lessons four through ten emphasize consistency, efficiency, and decision-making. Players work on position-specific skills, offensive reads, defensive concepts, and high-intensity drills designed to improve performance in competitive games.
Lessons two and three focus on skill refinement and game-speed execution. Training includes advanced ball-handling, shooting off the dribble, footwork, and situational drills that simulate real game scenarios.
