Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on evaluating each player’s current skill level while introducing fundamental basketball drills and conditioning. This session helps establish a strong baseline to build a personalized training plan moving forward.
Lesson 11+By lesson ten, players are training at a high level with a strong foundation in place. Sessions focus on advanced skill refinement, competitive drills, and full game scenarios. Emphasis is placed on consistency, confidence, and performing under pressure to translate skills directly into real-game success.
Lesson 4-10By lesson four, players will begin combining their skills in more advanced, game-like situations. The focus shifts to decision-making, offensive moves, defensive positioning, and playing at game speed. Drills will emphasize reacting under pressure and improving overall basketball IQ.
Lesson 2-3After establishing a solid foundation, the next lesson shifts toward skill development and execution. Players will work on ball control, shooting technique, and footwork, while being introduced to more game-speed drills and situational play.
