Actually, I found the lesson quite helpful, especially the focus on understanding zone and man-to-man defense. Though I still need to work on applying it during live play, I feel more confident about recognizing offensive setups now. Tavy's approach was pretty straightforward but effective, and I hope to build on what I learned. If the lesson included more drills for quick decision-making, that would be great. Still, it's a good step forward, and I might try another lesson to improve even further.

Oh, yeah, Tavy was fixing my mistakes and really helped me a lot during the lesson. Though I still need to work on my shooting form, I think I made some decent progress and appreciated the focus on fixing errors. Still, I’m looking forward to improving more in future lessons with him.
