Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will warm up with stationary ball handling then go straight into fundamentals such as foot work and ball placement to get around a defender .
Lesson 11+Warm up with ball handling and fundamentals.
Shooting inside working our way out . Really focusing in footwork and layups .
Lesson 4-10 We will warm up with ball handling then into fundamentals. After we will work on shooting drills and formation like free throws!
Lesson 2-3We will warm up with ball handling, go straight into fundamentals then start shooting inside the paint .
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonStart with Ball handling into fundamentals, 10 made block shots, 15 made layups, 5 made 3’s - touch the line after every miss
Lesson 11+By this point you should be comfortable handling the ball with both hands, finish at the rim and really be able to sell a pump fake!
Lesson 4-10Start ball handling into fundamentals, defensive drills then start cone work from half court .
Lesson 2-3Start ball handling and fundamentals. Leading into Working on slowing down and finishing at the goal . (Drills)
