Beginner training plan
Your first trainingStart by making the beginner feel comfortable and confident. Introduce the basics, assess their current ability, and focus on simple skills such as balance, movement, grip, and basic technique. Keep the lesson fun and encouraging.
Training 2-3They will begin building on the fundamentals from the first lesson. We will work on basic strokes, footwork, coordination, and consistency while introducing simple drills and movement patterns.
Training 4-10The focus will shift toward developing consistency, improving technique, movement, and learning how to apply skills in more realistic situations. Drills will become more challenging as the player gains confidence.
Training 11+The goal is to continue developing their skills, confidence, consistency, and overall understanding of the game. Lessons will become more individualized based on their strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals.
