Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepending on their age and experience I will put them through a basic workout to gauge what they will need to work on. We will also discuss their goals so that their workouts reflect their desires!
Lesson 11+Refine and perfect the new skills and continue to build on their game!
Lesson 4-10This is when we would really begin implementing new moves, learning new terminology etc.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2-3 we would start learning new skills while honing in on the basic skills they came with.
