As a former college athlete I bring over 15 years of playing experience including winning an A10 championship my senior year at the University of Richmond. I finished my career at Georgetown completing five years of college basketball. I have coached at summer camps for over 7 years as well as private training in the summer. I am looking to expand and work with athletes!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepending on their age and experience I will put them through a basic workout to gauge what they will need to work on. We will also discuss their goals so that their workouts reflect their desires!
Lesson 11+Refine and perfect the new skills and continue to build on their game!
Lesson 4-10This is when we would really begin implementing new moves, learning new terminology etc.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2-3 we would start learning new skills while honing in on the basic skills they came with.
