Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLayups, footwork, and getting a better feel for the game is important for beginners. As we chop through the basics, then we will begin to see fast progress.
Lesson 11+Apply everything you have learned to actual game like situations.
Lesson 4-10By these lessons, a dramatic increase in skill will occur. We will be able to move on to more advanced training.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2, would bea build up from footwork. Still getting acclimated to what we are doing. most likely will be a more advanced repeat as the first day.
Youth players
Working with teenagersAll my training is always game related.. hints GLS. Which stands for game related situations. A lot of ball handling, off ball movement, and pick and roll reads.
