Your first lesson will be an evaluation of your fundamentals with dribbling (strong & weak hand), shooting, passing, & footwork. After the assessment we will arrange your strengths & weaknesses to see what drills we will need to require in order to improve your game.
For your remaining lessons we will continue to build on what we feel your strengths and weaknesses are, always incorporating Dribbling, Shooting, Defense & Defensive Reads. Our goal is to make you stronger in your weakness so you have less weakness & more confidence every time you take the court.
Stacking up our previous workouts after seeing what your strengths & weakness are we will begin to incorporate. Consistent Ball Handling, Shooting, Defensive Reads, Pick n Roll, Defensive Slides, Free Throw Shooting, & Conditioning.
After your assessment we will begin to incorporate ball handling (stationary & on the move) , cone work (agility & pace), spot shooting (catch & shoot) & shooting off the dribble (dribble pull ups) .
For Our Advanced Training Plan we will focus on Conditioning, Ball Handling, Shooting, Free Throws, Defense & Defensive Reads. We will put you through and intense workout to test your endurance & shot making, dribbling, defense while running at game pace.
Consistent hard work, discipline and dedication to push yourself as we have been through the course of our other workouts is what we will continue to work on through our lessons. Youth, High School, College, & Pro all have to ensure these habits in order to be successful on the court.
