Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will give each trainee an athletic/conditioning test to assess ability and tempo of training session.
Lesson 11+Athletes will be consulted about opportunities to participate in competitive competitions, while continuing to maximize skillset and improve on new ones.
Lesson 4-10Phase 2-4
Athletes will receive a progressive training regime that will build strength,flexibility, skill, and conditioning working toward peak performance during athletic season/off-season
Lesson 2-3“FUN”dementals
Training will begin with a circuit of basic drills to assess any weaknesses within the athletes baseline skillset. From here, an exclusive training plan will be tailored to improving these skills in phase 2.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonA baseline skillset assessment will be administered. From here, an exclusive training plan will be tailored to improving these skills in a 4 phase training plan.
Lesson 11+Athletes that are involved in competitive competitions will receive comprehensive breakdowns of game strategies and be monitored throughout their seasons and briefed on profitable NIL Marketing opportunities.
