Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with the basics to sew what you can do which includes passing, shooting, dribbling, defense, etc.
Lesson 11+The possibility of learning new skills once all of the other skills have been progressed to drastic improvement.
Lesson 4-10Speed, agility & quickness skills mixed in with the advancement of the basics training.
Lesson 2-3Improvement on any of the basics that were lacking.
Youth players
Working with kidsKids need to improve their basic motor skills & understanding of the game so that is my approach with them in addition to seeing if they understand the basics.
Working with teenagersTeenagers typically have the basic skills down as well as some understanding of fundamentals so depending on the stage they are in, we would simply want to improve on what they already know as well as helping them establish their identity on the court so their skills translate to the real game.
