Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionBasic Skills assessment. How well do you: dribble, drive, pass, shoot, and defend.
After your skill I will recommend what skills we should focus on and will ask you what skills you personally want to specialize in.
Every session will be specially tailored to accelerate the growth of the student. I don’t believe in cookie cutter lessons. The student and I will focus on skill priorities they would like to excel in as they progress. (On-site lesson planning is free of charge and will not affect your hourly active training.)
Training Session 2-3**LESSON MAY VARY** Based on students skill level.
Cone and line drills focused on ball handling to build the students confidence in maintaining a dribble while moving in various directions
