About your basketball coach

Playing at many different levels and skill set throughout my life it has provided me the knowledge and experience for the game I love. Not only as a player but also a coach/trainer. Developing the understanding of what it takes to move on to the next level. As a basketball trainer I focus on the players development. Teaching fundamentals of Shooting, Dribbling, IQ, Defense, Rebounding, and Teamwork. Focusing on these keys of the game can set you up for long time success in becoming a floor general on and off the court.

Your first lessonStart off with some ball handling warm up drills. After that into some finishing at the rim drills. Go into some shooting drills. All these drills will incorporate Hand Eye Coordination, Footwork, Basketball IQ, and the Mechanics/Fundamentals that every player should learn when playing basketball.
Lesson 11+Each lesson with skills development is by how each player is. No players skill is the same.You're trying to better yourself not be like the other player!
Lesson 4-10Continue to work on their skills and development. That we need to work on or what theyre not comfortable with.
Lesson 2-3Incorporate from first lesson continuing to work with mechanics and fundamentals. Doing different drills every sessions. I like to keep it interesting and fun, But still discipline while learning
Youth players
Working with kidsAt a young age basics are what to work on and make sure fun is incorporated to have them love what they're doing. Basketball is fun and something to enjoy not a boot camp.
Working with teenagersPrepare them for moving up from middle school to highschool level. Or have them prepare for their season to become the best player they can be for their team and themselves.
