As a parent, finding the right coach for my child was incredibly important to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the impact Coach Rich has had on my child’s development—both as an athlete and as a person. From the very beginning, Coach Rich demonstrated a deep understanding of not just the sport but also how to motivate and support young athletes. He creates a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment where every player feels valued. My child has not only improved his skills but has also gained confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of teamwork under their guidance. What sets Coach Rich apart is his ability to balance high expectations with genuine care. He pushes his athletes to be their best while always maintaining a supportive and uplifting approach. He communicates well with both players and parents, making sure we are involved and informed. Thanks to Coach Rich, my child looks forward to every practice and game, and we have seen tremendous growth in his abilities and attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend Coach Rich to any parent looking for a coach who truly makes a difference. Trish Begley

We were very fortunate to have Coach Richard lead our son’s coach pitch team during the summer 2024 season. He made learning the fundamentals fun and engaging, ensuring that each player felt confident and encouraged, regardless of their skill level. Beyond teaching the game, Coach Richard emphasized teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for baseball. He had a great way of keeping the kids motivated while also holding them accountable in a positive way. As a parent, I truly appreciated Coach Richard’s communication and dedication. He even offered extra optional practices for any player wanting to improve their skills. He took the time to work with each child individually, celebrated their progress, and created an environment where they could grow both as individual athletes and as a team. We are grateful for everything he brought to the team. Anyone looking for lessons would be fortunate to have someone as encouraging and committed as Coach Richard. Faith W
