Through training and coaching, Mia recognizes she needs to slow that’s what prompted training. She wants to practice fast break lay ups.
As for Tyler I thinks it’s all confidence driven and his confidence is continuing to grow . He will get there. Best of all they are both really enjoying the season and training!
