Your first lessonStart with fundamentals, form shots, finishing, and ball handling
Lesson 11+Practice at full game speed, shooting contested shots, finishing over a defender
Lesson 4-10More advanced drills such as shooting off the dribble, combo dribble moves into shots or layups and defensive movement drills.
Lesson 2-3Still work on fundamentals a bit but pick up the pace and practice more at a game speed, add in more footwork
