Your first lessonDepending on the level of skill/experience, the first lesson could look very different. We will begin by gauging the students physical condition and basketball skill level through physical workouts (running, jumping, calisthenics) as well as basketball drills (form shooting, dribbling, passing). From this evaluation, we will be able to create an individualized plan for the students depending on goals and abilities.
