Training 2-3A beginner can expect their second session to build confidence through simple progressions like controlled dribbling, footwork refinement, and introducing movement with purpose using fundamental skill reps. By the third session, they’ll start combining skills—dribble‑to‑pass, form‑shooting with rhythm, and basic defensive positioning—so they feel themselves growing into the game through early skill integration.
Training 4-10A beginner can expect lessons four through ten to steadily build their fundamentals through progressive skill work—adding dribble moves, passing, defense, finishing, and court awareness. By the end of this stretch, they’ll start applying everything in simple game situations that grow confidence, decision‑making, and real on‑court rhythm.
